Combat is currently CLOSED
As a result of Dracio's dwindling land and resources, once peaceful lands are strife with skirmishes and discourse. Some for territory and resources, others for power over the weakened masses. One small slight can quickly snowball into a full-blown war between villages and guilds. Every drake is likely to come across someone who isn't interested in having a nice chat at some point in their life.
Combat can be done in 3 ways: NPC brawl, PVP brawl, and Guild Skirmish. Each kind of battle has it's own requirements, and gives their own loot. Losing a fight can result in both minor and major injuries, as well as infections if the losing party didn't have any/enough medicine.
Brawls
Brawls are 1v1 or 2v2 battles, and can be done alone or in a collaboration. These are limited activities, you can only Brawl once a week. The entries can be a "storyline" of conflicts with an individual or group, or they can be independent entries which have no connection at all.
¤ When brawling against a player character instead of an NPC, it must be a) a collab, or b) you must have permission to use the character linked in the description.
¤3v1 is permitted in a collab so long as the participants are allied against a higher level npc. Player + npc vs player is
not permitted.
¤ Handlers and Companions do not count as participants.
¤ Players can offer items from their bank as extra rewards in a brawl, such as a potion or even a geno. However if one player offers brawl rewards, so must the other. The offered loot must be agreed upon by both parties as a fair trade.
¤ Only armor / weapons / abilities / familiars on the participant's import are allowed to be actively used in the entry. Unapproved items and modifications will be disregarded during rolling, but can be added in the image for aesthetic.
General requirements:
2 character minimum, you can't fight yourself!
Any location! Just not in space
Both participants must be within 2 levels of each other, not including stats. (Fledglings cannot brawl Alphas, etc.)

Guild Skirmishes
A harrowing time for any guild, is when another wants to raid your cupboards! Guild skirmishes are two groups of players battling it out in a private Storyline event with large-scale entries! Guild skirmishes give great loot, such as high level armor, experience, drakkons, and can even yield random egg and geno loot! Don't worry, they are not taken from any players. Due to the PVP nature of Guild Skirmishes, they have a lot more rules and regulations to follow, to ensure that players are being fair.
Guild Skirmishes last anywhere between 3 weeks and 2 months, giving all involved players enough time to participate at least once. The time frame is agreed upon by the guild members prior to the Skirmish beginning.
Requesting A Skirmish
Both guilds must discuss the details of the skirmish before putting in a request for the skirmish. This includes loot, time-frame, story-line, and their average levels.
Skirmishes must be approved by 2 Event admins, who will be personally overseeing the skirmish. One admin tends to one guild, while the other tends to the second guild. In the case that there is only one event admin, the skirmish will be postponed until a second admin is trained and prepared to handle the event.
Fill out the Skirmish Form at the bottom of the page and post it in the Skirmish Requests comment chain. Only 1 member of the guild may request a Skirmish to avoid an overflow of comments.
When one guild posts the request, the "opposing" guild must approve the request by commenting "Confirmed" or something similar. It must be clearly approved. Commenting "Cancelled" or "Declined" or something similar will cause the skirmish to be ignored and passed by admins, thereby cancelling the skirmish. Unclear conformations will be considered declined skirmishes.
The guild who posts the request will be considered the guild who attacked first.
¤ All players from both guilds
must agree to take part in a skirmish. Players
cannot be coerced into agreeing, and neither can guilds.
¤ You cannot skirmish against NPCs.
¤ Both guilds must offer item(s) of equal value as extra loot, to be taken by the winner of the skirmish. The minimum is 1 item each, of any value. This is due to the Storyline aspect of skirmishes. If someone raids your home, naturally they're going to leave with something that they took from you. The loot can be drakkons, food, crafting resources, unhatched eggs, and familiars. Along with basically anything else that might be in your bank.
¤ Leaving a guild to allow it to skirmish with another guild is permitted in the case that you do not want to participate, however you cannot rejoin that guild until the skirmish is over.
¤ If you agree to participate in a skirmish, your drake runs the risk of being injured regardless of whether or not they directly tussle with anyone. You're in the danger zone, do something to protect yourself!
¤ Handlers and Companions are not included as participants.
¤ Only armor / weapons / abilities / familiars on the participant's import are allowed to be actively used in the entry. Unapproved items and modifications will be disregarded during rolling, but can be added in the image for aesthetic.
¤ Maximum of 7 drakes in any entry. The max number of collaborators is the same.
¤ The average levels of the drakes in the participating guilds
must be even. A guild with mostly high-level drakes cannot attack a majority low-level guild.
¤ Any form of harassment after losing a skirmish, even among your own guild members, is prohibited.
¤ High level drakes that target low level drakes multiple times during any one skirmish will receive a -2 EXP "Dirty Fighter" de-buff for the rest of the skirmish. They also receive "Dirty Fighter" as a permanent title on their import (without the de-buff).
General requirements:
2 character minimum, you can't fight yourself!
Must take place in one Guild's territory! Even if it's just the border.
Players are not required to be within 2 levels of each other, however low-level drakes attempting to fight drakes of significantly higher level will receive big penalties.
